Imitation

Imitation is suppose to be the sincerest form of flattery, yet when I see that some one is picking up things I do and copying the behaviour, I almost feel sad that they do. Its as though they only see the good parts of my life and ignore the pain, frustrations, annoyances. Being me is good, but some days, like most people its not great. I think that people should honestly see the value in themselves, and project that to the world they exist in. I can honestly say that I have found some great people who think they are no ones and I see that they are very much someone.
I am not even sure how to validate someone to where they would see their own value. Do we ever see our own value?

Self esteem especially on the net is almost non existent, well real self esteem anyway. Brad Paisley came out with a song called Online, and it really defines how alot of people on the net are. It honestly describes the psyche of some of the people online. And often that is where you meet someone and thru a series of conversation, they decide they like your life better, and will become you. It is often a rare event to find someone who is honestly who they say they are. Wether in the net, or in life, people are no comfortable with being who they are, and often put on a different persona thinking it is what will attract friends, lovers, mates.
